John J. Moran, President

Jack Moran, President A seasoned development and construction professional, Jack Moran brings over 30 years of commercial real estate development experience to National Lodging & Leisure. Over the course of his career, he has been responsible for the development of real estate projects totaling over 5.5 million sq. R valued in excess of $975 million. Mr. Moran represents the third generation of his family involved in the real estate and construction business. Most recently, Jack spearheaded the development of Greensburg Station, a $18 million highway service development that includes a 114-room Hampton Inn & Suites hotel.

In addition to founding Street Corner Group, Jack is also CEO of National Lodging & Leisure, LLC, a company that specializes in the development select-service business class hotels and family entertainment complexes. Under Jack's leadership Street Corner Group has experience rapid growth and is on a track to developing over $100 million per year in new investment properties. Prior to forming Street Corner, Jack was president of Golf Sport, Inc., a national developer of golf practice canters, and held senior management positions with Vantage Companies, Duke Realty Corporation, and Lauth Property Group.

Mr. Moran received a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and is a licensed general contractor and real estate broker. Jack is an approved franchisee of Hilton Corporation, and he is involved with a variety of civic and industry associations including Eiteljorg Museum, Indiana University Kelley School of Business Alumni Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

William K. Raguse, Development Director

William R. Raguse, Development Director Bill Raguse brings over 30 years of experience in commercial development and construction management and is responsible for directing all pre-development and construction activities of the company. Prior to joining Street Corner Group, Bill was responsible for the construction of over 40 retail stores projects for one of the country's largest department store chains, and has supervised renovation and new construction of numerous retail and office building projects throughout the country. Currently Bill and his staff are overseeing the construction of a $10 million, 114-room Hampton Inn & Suites in Greensburg, Indiana.

His formal training and education includes a major in business from the University of Wisconsin, marketing and sales training in design/build, pre-engineered and general construction services, Indiana and Wisconsin real estate sales training and a master electrical contracting license

David M. Hassler, Director of Property ServicesDavid M. Hassler, Director of Property Services, Sales & Leasing 

Overseeing a number of duties related to the company's property portfolio, David Hassler brings to Street Corner Group more than 30 years of broad real estate experience with major national developers of shopping centers and office complexes. In his career spanning three decades, David has worked in the Louisville, Kentucky, and Washington, D.C., markets for nationwide retail and office developers. His responsibilities included property and asset management, leasing, and development activities for a portfolio of more than six million square feet on the east coast. Prior to joining Street Corner Group, David directed the property and asset management division of a major Indianapolis based real estate services provider.

David received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Ohio State University, and holds a Masters Degree from Salding University in Louisville, Kentucky.   

James W. Colver, Assistant Controller

As assistant controller, James Colver is responsible for the operations within the company’s accounting department which includes overseeing the financial reporting for over twenty separate investment entities and two operating companies. Jim brings to Street Corner Group twenty-five years of accounting experience including over seven years of experience in real estate development and construction accounting.

A graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a degree in accounting, Jim is currently completing the requirements for his CPA designation.
